White Hall Meditation is dedicated to making the study and practice of Insight Meditation (Vipassana) available to the local community of Western Albemarle County including Crozet and Charlottesville.
Please join us on Wednesday evenings for our Virtual Zoom Meetings from 7-8:30 PM. At each session, we meditate for 30 minutes (guidance is provided) and have a dharma (teaching) talk with discussion. We end promptly at 8:30. Our regular sessions will resume when it is safe to do so. For logon information, click here.
