Welcome to White Hall Meditation!

Training the mind through concentration and insight for joy, contentment and peace.

White Hall Meditation is dedicated to making the study and practice of Insight Meditation (Vipassana) available to all including the local community of Western Albemarle County.

Please join us on Wednesday evenings for our Virtual Zoom Meetings from 7-8:30 PM. At each session, we meditate for 30 minutes (guidance is provided) and have a dharma (teaching) talk with discussion.  We end promptly at 8:30. For Zoom logon information, click here.
