Welcome to White Hall Meditation!

Training the mind through concentration and insight for joy, contentment and peaces.

White Hall Meditation is dedicated to making the study and practice of Insight Meditation (Vipassana) available to the local community of Western Albemarle County including Crozet and Charlottesville.

Please join us on Wednesday evenings in White Hall at 2766 Browns Gap Tpk, Charlottesville from 7-8:30 PM.  At each session, we meditate for 30 minutes (guidance is provided), take a short tea break and then have a dharma (teaching) talk with discussion.  We end promptly at 8:30.

All are welcome; no meditation experience is necessary. For more information, here is a Guide.

The Virtual Notebook  The Virtual Notebook is an online compilation of the core teachings (dharma) for those following the path to peace, happiness and freedom from suffering (stress).  You can download these teachings to keep in your own notebook for reflection.
