Welcome to White Hall Meditation!

Training the mind through concentration and insight for peace, joy, and balance.

White Hall Meditation is dedicated to making the study and practice of Insight Meditation (Vipassana) available to the local community of Western Albemarle County including Crozet and Charlottesville.

Please join us on Wednesday evenings in White Hall at 2766 Browns Gap Tpk, Charlottesville from 7-8:30 PM.  At each session, we meditate for 30 minutes (guidance is provided), take a short tea break and then have a dharma (teaching) talk with discussion.  We end promptly at 8:30.

All are welcome; no meditation experience is necessary. For more information, here is a Guide.

Our next session will be on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 continuing our Loving-Kindness Series.

The Loving-Kindness Series is based on Bhante Gunaratana’s new book, Loving-Kindness in Plain English: The Practice of Metta.  The co-teachers are Laura Good and Robert Hodge.
