Welcome to White Hall Meditation!

White Hall Meditation is dedicated to making the study and practice of Insight Meditation (Vipassana) available to the local community of Western Albemarle County including Crozet and Charlottesville.
Please join us on Wednesday evenings in White Hall at 2766 Browns Gap Tpk, Charlottesville from 7-8:30 PM. At each session, we meditate for 30 minutes (guidance is provided), take a short tea break and then have a dharma (teaching) talk with discussion. We end promptly at 8:30.
All are welcome; no meditation experience is necessary. For more information, here is a Guide.
Our next session will be on Wednesday, July 25, 2018. The topic will be the third talk in the Basics of Mindfulness Series by Bob Hodge. In this series, Bob will share with you the key aspects of mindfulness practice that he feels are beneficial to the cessation of suffering. We will explore of variety of topics to give you the understanding and tools to practice. There will be time for your questions and discussion.
